Information about new products
On the basis of your expressly given consent, we send you information by email to the email address you have provided.

Providing your email address is sufficient to receive this information. When you register to receive this information, the data you provide is used exclusively for this purpose. Subscribers may also be informed by email of circumstances relevant to the service or registration (for example, changes to the information offering or technical conditions). For an effective registration we need a valid email address. To verify that a registration is actually made by the owner of an email address, we use the “double opt-in” procedure. For this purpose, we log the order of the information, the sending of a confirmation email and the receipt of the response requested herewith. No further data is collected. The data is used exclusively for sending information and is not passed on to third parties. You can revoke your consent to the storage of your personal data and its use for sending at any time. A corresponding link can be found in each message. Cookies
The websites partly use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offering more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited. Cookies that are required to carry out the electronic communication process or to provide certain functions you have requested (e.g. shopping cart function) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in storing cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. Insofar as other cookies (e.g. cookies for analysing your browsing behaviour) are stored, these are dealt with separately in this privacy policy.

Server log files
The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Host name of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

This data is not merged with other data sources. The basis for the data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which permits the processing of data for the fulfilment of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we regularly inform you about news, offers and content relating to our company.

For sending the newsletter we use the service Brevo (formerly Sendinblue), operated by Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Straße 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

The data entered when registering (e.g. your email address) is stored on Brevo’s servers in the EU. Brevo uses this information to send and analyse the newsletters on our behalf. Brevo may use this data to optimise and improve its own services, but will not use it to contact you itself or pass your data on to third parties.

Registration for our newsletter takes place using a so-called double opt-in procedure. This means that after registering you will receive an email asking you to confirm your registration. This ensures that no one can register using someone else’s email address.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link at the end of every newsletter email. You can thus revoke your consent to the storage of your data and its use for sending the newsletter at any time.

You can find further information in Brevo’s privacy policy: https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/

Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to analyse website usage and improve our services. The service is loaded only after you consent to the “Statistics” category in the cookie banner.

The data processed includes pages visited, time and duration of use, interactions such as scrolling, clicks on appointment booking, phone, email, directions and outbound links, opening, starting and the outcome of contact requests, and starting or attempting newsletter registration, the referring page, and technical browser and device information. Cookies allow a browser to be recognised using pseudonymous identifiers. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store individual IP addresses; the IP address is technically processed when connecting and may be used to derive an approximate location. Google Signals and personalised advertising are disabled for our website. Automatic collection of form interactions and search terms is not enabled.

Storage and access to analytics cookies are based on your consent under Section 25(1) TDDDG; subsequent processing of personal data is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The cookies “_ga” and “_ga_KCT8D3GLG1” have a lifetime of up to two years, which may be extended on subsequent visits. User and event data retention in our Analytics property is set to two months, without resetting on new user activity. This setting does not apply to aggregated standard reports.

Google’s processing may include transfers to Google LLC in the United States. Information about processing and Google’s arrangements for international data transfers is available in Google’s privacy policy and the data processing terms.

You can withdraw consent at any time for the future using “Cookie settings” in the footer: disable “Statistics” and save your selection. Measurement is stopped, this website’s Analytics cookies are removed and the page reloads. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Further information is available in Google Analytics privacy information.
